HOW TO BECOME A PRACTITIONER
Three steps.
No pressure to decide before you're ready.
Step 1 | Watch Introductory Video
Before you apply, watch this. I walk through what Shadow Coaching actually is, what the training covers, and why I built it. By the end, you'll know if this is the kind of depth work you're looking for.
If you've already watched it, skip ahead to Step 2.
Step 2 | Complete Your Application
The application takes about 10 minutes. We ask about your background, your current practice, and what's drawing you to this work.
We review every application personally. We're not looking for a perfect resume. We're looking for readiness: practitioners who are willing to do their own inner work alongside their clinical training. Many of our strongest students didn't feel "ready" on paper. They were ready in every other way.
Once you submit, expect to hear from us within a few business days.
Step 3 | Talk With Our Team
If your application moves forward, we'll schedule a call. This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation to make sure this is the right fit, for you and for us.
We'll talk about your goals, your background, and what you can expect from the training. You'll have real time to ask questions. There's no pressure to decide on the call. We'd rather you take a few days and know for sure than say yes before you're ready.
If you have additional questions, we invite you to reach out to our team at support@shadowcoachinginstitute.com.

Tell us on your application and we'll help you figure it out. It is important to know that you do not become certified without the foundational training.

This work asks a lot of practitioners, and not every applicant is ready for it yet. If we don't think the timing is right, we'll tell you honestly, and we'll tell you what we'd want to see before reapplying.
