Your Path to becoming a shadow coach
Shadow Pathways
We teach shadow work as a multidimensional practice. You’ll learn how breathwork, movement, creative expression, and other embodied pathways open different doors to the shadow—and how to work skillfully with each. This approach allows you to engage the work in ways that align with your interests and strengths.
Foundational Training
Learn the essential foundational competencies and frameworks for working with the shadow in ethical, integrative, and therapeutic ways. You’ll learn how the shadow and its expressions form, how they show up in the body, nervous system, and relationships, and how to work with them skillfully, effectively and responsibly.
Advanced Training
This training is designed for experienced practitioners ready to work with shadow at greater depth. Participants refine and deepen their skills through 1:1 mentorship, advanced frameworks, and case-based learning. Enrollment is limited to therapists, coaches, and healers who have a mature understanding of shadow work or have completed the Foundational Training.
