Watch the shadow coaching framework shift a real person in real time - the part you can only learn by seeing it happen (this won't be in the replay).

YOUR CLIENTS KNOW THEIR PATTERNS, AND STILL REPEAT THEM

As healing practitioners, we often meet clients who know their patterns but continue to repeat them.

They want intimacy but push people away. They want to feel confident but continually question themselves. They over-function, people-please, shut down, control, perfect, perform, avoid, or take care of everyone around them—often while fully recognizing that these patterns are no longer serving them.

But what if the behavior we are trying to help our clients change isn't actually the problem? What if, at one point in their lives, it was the solution?

Before a pattern became limiting, it often served a purpose. It helped create safety, maintain attachment, preserve belonging, earn approval, avoid rejection, or protect a person from experiences they did not yet have the capacity to navigate. What we see in adulthood as dysfunction may have begun as an intelligent adaptation to an earlier environment.

This is what we call working with the Shadow.
And understanding this changes the way we work with clients.

LEARN TO SEE THE STRATEGY BENEATH THE PATTERN

When we view a client's pattern only through the lens of dysfunction, we can miss the reason it exists. A pattern can be causing pain in a client's life today and still have been highly adaptive at another point in their development.

Seeing that distinction changes your work:

✔️ You meet the pattern with curiosity rather than judgment, and stop working against the very part of the client that's trying to protect them.

✔️ You look beneath the behavior rather than working only with the behavior itself.

✔️ You bring more clarity and confidence to the clients who understand their patterns intellectually but can't seem to change them.

✔️ You help your clients understand themselves in an entirely different way.

Rather than immediately asking "How do we change this pattern?", you'll learn to become curious about a different question:

What did this pattern originally help this person survive, protect, preserve, or receive?

In From Survival to Integration, we will explore how early experiences, family systems, attachment, belonging, survival needs, and social conditioning contribute to the development of the shadow—and how those early adaptations continue to influence our clients' emotions, relationships, identities, choices, and behaviors decades later.

Is this masterclass for you?

This masterclass is for therapists, counselors, coaches, social workers, somatic practitioners, wellness and healing professionals already working with clients who:

☑️ Work with clients struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, control, hyper-independence, emotional suppression, avoidance, overachievement, difficulty with boundaries, relationship patterns, fear of rejection, shame, self-sabotage, or the persistent feeling that they understand their patterns intellectually but cannot seem to change them.

☑️ Already use approaches like IFS, somatic work, attachment-based therapy, EMDR, CBT or ACT, and sense a layer beneath them that those approaches alone don't reach.

☑️ Want to deepen their existing modality rather than replace it.

☑️ Are looking for a deeper framework for working and changing the unconscious patterns of their clients.

If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.

What You Will Learn

How the shadow begins to form, so you can recognize which parts of your client were hidden, suppressed or adapted, and where the pattern they bring to you actually started.

The role of attachment and belonging, so you understand why being fully themselves once felt like a threat to your client, and why their patterns hold so tightly even when they want to change.

How family systems shape the developing self, so you can see the spoken and unspoken rules your client is still living by, and which parts of them those rules pushed into shadow.

The intelligence behind common adult patterns, so you can meet people-pleasing, perfectionism, control or shutdown with curiosity rather than judgment, and stop working against the very part of your client that's trying to protect them.

Most importantly, how to look beneath the behavior, so you can support clients who understand their patterns intellectually but can't seem to change them, and help them move toward reclaiming and integrating what they've left behind.
